A complete renovation – moving walls, building up and out, modernizing space throughout – transformed this Cape Cod into a spacious modern family home.

A major, total home renovation and addition of a complete second story. It started with a small Cape Cod and a family in need of more space.

This project transformed the small traditional home into a vibrant modern home, with more shared family space and added rooms for growing kids and home office needs. The new second story also gives the home treetop views over the river.
