on an acre with a beautiful lake four bedrooms, six baths, a basement, garage, screened porch and stone terrace 

The family loved their one-acre on a beautiful lake, but with four kids, they had quickly outgrown the original 1,500 square foot Cape Cod style home.


It was time for a major change, starting from the ground up.

I worked closely with family to design their all-new, 4,400 sq ft  home. With four bedrooms and a full basement, there's plenty of space for everyone to share or find their own corner of quiet.


The new home also features six baths, a two-car garage and a full basement, and a screened porch and stone terrace to make the most of enjoying their lakeside setting.
